Do you ship worldwide? Is there tracking?

Yes – we ship worldwide. We offer all customers Domestic and International Shipping with tracking. All orders are processed as soon as possible and come with a tracking number – we want your experience to be simple and efficient – just the way we like it.

How long will it take to arrive? 

Standard Shipping Times (business days)*

USA: 7 – 13 days

Canada: 10 – 20 days

United Kingdom: 6 – 9 days

Europe: 4 – 10 days

Australia & NZ: – 12 days

Other countries: 5 – 20 days

*Note: On purchase the customer must accept that these delivery times are estimates only, based on over 10,000+ orders. Some orders may be faster or slower depending on the location of recipient and fulfillment center used. Due to corona virus there can be uncontrollable delays of up to 1-2 additional weeks on top of the estimated delivery times. If you have not received your order within the estimated delivery time, please contact us via the contact page and we will do our best to resolve any issues. 

None of our deliveries are subject to import charges, regardless of your country. 


Processing Times

We want you to get your items as quickly as possible! Orders take between 1-2 business days to process after placing the order before shipping out. All orders are handled and shipped out from our warehouse in China. We do not ship on weekends. 

Where can I find my tracking number?

When your items are shipped out, you should receive an automatic notification from the system via email providing you with a tracking number.

If you haven’t received one or if the tracking number doesn’t work, no worries. Contact us and we’ll solve it!

Delivery

Your local customs office may require additional documents and time to clear your package, which may delay the estimated delivery time. Your order may be delivered to you either by the local post office or a local courier. Depending on your area most orders will be delivered by your local post service, so the package will be received with your regular mail. If you are not home when a delivery is made, a notice card may be left by the postal service to advise on how and where your parcel can be collected. In the event of a failed delivery, the customer is solely responsible for pickup or to arrange re-delivery from the courier.

Unexpected Delays

In some instances the delivery may take longer than the standard shipping times stated above. Most of these delays are caused by international customs processing that we cannot control. Please contact us if your package is taking too long to arrive and we will work with you to resolve any situation.

Failed Delivery

If the package cannot be delivered to the given shipping address due to causes ascribable to the absent cooperation of the customer (wrong or incorrect shipping address, absent receiver,) or if the customer refuses to collect the package, the package will be returned to the sender (LintRolled) at the customers expense. The expense includes shipping costs and any other costs the package may have incurred; this amount will be deducted from the total of the order to be refunded.

Items Not Received But Tracking Shows Delivered

Please note we do not refund or replace items that are tracked as being delivered. For this reason, we always recommend that you get items delivered to a secure address. If you have not received your item and it says delivered please contact us at hello@lintrolled.com and we will do our best to investigate.
